Minnie Minoso deserves to be in the Hall of Fame. Joe Posnanski of the Athletic recently did a series on the 100 most deserving people not in the Hall of Fame, and Minnie was #1 on that list. He was a great player, a great man, and the Hall of Fame is a joke for not having him.
I had the pleasure of meeting Minnie several times, and he was a class act. Most of the autographs at the link below were obtained in person.

Minnie is one of the Greatest White Sox players of all time, and these are some of my favorite rookie cards in my collection. It’s absolutely ridiculous that he isn’t in the Hall of Fame. A Hall of Fame with Harold Baines (sorry Harold) in and Minnie Minoso out isn’t much of a Hall of Fame!
