I got a very good price on this already slabbed Al Lopez 1951 Bowman card. Beckett lists this as his managerial rookie card, and since he was a manager for the Sox, and is in the HOF for his work as a manager, I’ve decided that it counts. It has terrible centering, and there is some tape on the card, but the signature looks great.
Michael Jordan UDA Display
Behold! This is now one of my very favorite pieces in my collection. Both the baseball and hat are Upper Deck Authenticated. The hat is from a limited series of 500, and hand numbered on the back. I’ve had the baseball for a few years. I picked up the sweet display case on eBay. I figure that if anybody is worthy of a nice display, it’s Michael Jordan!
Roberto Alomar Baseball
I’ve been looking for a reasonably priced Roberto Alomar signed baseball with HOF inscription ever since he was inducted last year. I finally found one being sold on eBay auction style, and got it for a pretty good price.
